Consulting - I research, review, advise, and help develop solutions to some of the key challenges an organisation may be facing at a particular time. I also offer an ongoing arrangement, acting like a hands-on strategic partner invested in the performance and growth of your business
Project Management - I oversee projects for organisations, as well as help to design and implement processes and projects that will improve how people work together to deliver for their customers and each other
Management & Leadership Development
Management & Leadership Development Programmes - I assess organisational needs and design bespoke courses for individuals and for management teams that meet the requirements and culture of the particular organisation
Coaching & Mentoring - I provide 1-to-1 and team coaching at tiered prices to ensure that it is affordable for people at all stages of their career (see Price Guide below). I am especially keen to see external coaching & mentoring used more frequently as a development tool outside of executive level and in N4Ps and SMEs
Training & Facilitation
Training - I deliver presentations, workshops, and webinars on a variety of topics centred around soft skills and critical management and leadership skills, e.g. in areas such as strategy, performance management, engagement, coaching, teamworking, managing professionals, dealing with 'difficult' people, handling difficult conversations, motivation, culture, managing across different generations, diversity, wellbeing, conflict, change, values, employment law, recruitment & retention, providing value for customers, and creative problem solving
Facilitation - I work with organisations and teams, acting as an external facilitator in devising strategy, bringing about a change, agreeing and implementing a set of values, resolving conflict, adapting leadership styles, building coaching & mentoring skills, improving performance, and team development
Strategic HR
Exploration & Diagnosis - if you are having challenges with retaining, engaging or motivating your employees, or the team isn't functioning as well as it could, I will explore the causes and make recommendations that will improve the situation
Employee Engagement - I devise scientifically-sound engagement surveys that are tailored to each organisation and inform actions that will enhance performance
Organisational Design - I help align an organisation's structure with its goals and objectives to improve communication, efficiency, decision-making, and engagement
Change Management - I support organisations in managing the process of strategic, operational, or cultural change in a way that engages stakeholders, navigates evolving challenges, and successfully embeds the change into new ways of working
Performance Development - I design performance reviews, appraisals, and reward systems that fit the culture, values, and behavioural requirements of the organisation
